Answer: In old interface of Facebook, there was a easy option to change the default profile picture which has been describe here. But in new facebook interface, changing profile picture seems hidden from eveybody.
To change your facebook profile picture you need to go back to your "Profile Picture Album". Follow the steps bellow to change it:
Log in to facebook.org with your email address and password.
Click on 'Profile' icon top of your page
Click on 'Photos' tab
Go to 'Profile Pictures' album.
When you enter your 'Profile Pictures album, you will find option named 'change profile picture', click on it. Now you can choose image file to upload and set it to your profiles picture. Have Fun.
