Proposal: One Percent Income for Charity Foundation
Dear all,
I really appreciate the way this mail is written.I am basically from india & i can understand what the mail wants. what i m doing is i m paying a certain percentage of my salary every month for the needy.It sounds very difficult initially but as soon as u start it month by month u will realize that it is what we r bound to do & the level of satisfaction u reach is unbeleivable. so my suggestion is, start from a family which resides very near to u & who really require ur help in terms of food,cloth ,stuy etc etc.later on u can find many such families & u will definately want to give them ur portion of money by cuttting ur extra luxuries insha allah.
As u do the niyah for that then allah wil give u reward from that day itself before giving.

Currently in Pakistan , some people are selling their off springs or committing suicide just because there is not enough to eat ,
Some friends have brain stormed and suggested that if everyone contributes 2% of their income to supply for basic material such as wheat, grains etc to any needy family you are aware of (who can not beg and they don't have resources to fulfill their needs), you would not only be doing them a favor but also saving your own life in the hereafter, because only salat and fasting wont help us in the next life, we cant ignore these misfortune people's cry today. Please give practical suggestions to what can be done to improve the situation , plus on your own level try to save others lives and future. If everyone makes some contribution at their own level I'm sure we will make at a difference in a few lives. it is your conscious no one is looking at what you are doing except your Allah and He will reward you in the next world for these efforts .
think about it what if it were you or me.
Can we think of starting a "1% charity foundation" of professionals of Bangladesh?
Imagine if we can have a fund from 1000 professionals with the income of tk 30,000/month each, we will have a fund of (30,000x1%x1,000= 300x1,000=) tk 3,00,000/month.
So many things can be done with thins money/month while everyone is paying only tk 300/month!!
